I signed upto an 18month contract on 3 mobile broadband and was initirally very pleased with the ease of use and speed of the connection, however after a month of using it in the Doncaster DN5 area the connection was terrible, customer support was a waste of time and they did nothing to sort out the problem.
The problem persisted for a couple of weeks but then started working perfectly again, so apart from poor customer support and the two weeks of being unable to use it in Doncaster I have been very pleased with the service and could not do without it.
Its a perfect way of getting on the internet while on holiday in the UK.
